If you already have a fit-out contractor or completed works, we review the starting point and connect the safety scope to existing preparations, helping you avoid paying to repeat usable work or discovering conflicts after completion.
What do we take care of on site?
We turn the requirement into items that can be carried out and tracked. We do not start buying equipment before understanding the activity, plans and building condition: the issue may involve layout, installations or missing documents, rather than extinguisher quantities alone. The scope is established after reviewing the premises and the applicable process requirements.
- Review the activity, areas and documents, and identify gaps in preparation and licensing.
- Prepare the required safety plans and address comments within the agreed scope.
- Supply and install the necessary safety systems and equipment, and carry out the included tests.
- Complete the required report and certificate procedures through the appropriate process and authorised entity for each document.
- Prepare the application file and follow up the municipal licence and Civil Defense permit as applicable.
From premises review to licensing follow-up
We begin with the activity, city, area and licence status. We then establish whether a site visit is needed and the order of dependent works: plans before installations where required, and testing before documenting the work. After quotation approval, we follow up execution, documents and comments, explaining what is complete and what awaits action by the owner or relevant authority. The final licensing decision remains with the authority.
What do we need to start?
Send the activity, city, approximate area, and whether the premises are new or existing. Add site photographs, the available plan and the text of any application comment. Tell us if you have not yet signed a lease: reviewing suitability before fit-out helps identify questions to settle with the owner. You do not need to know the name of every certificate or system to request the service.
What do you actually receive?
You receive the work and documents named in the quotation: installed systems, agreed test and handover records, completed plans, reports and certificates under the applicable process, and the licensing application status. We distinguish a prepared document, a document issued by its authorised entity, and an approved licence, so you know exactly where the project stands and whether any requirements remain.
How is the preparation cost calculated?
Cost depends on the activity, area, condition of systems and plans, amount of work and installation difficulty. The quotation explains supply, installation, testing, documents and follow-up, distinguishing government fees and excluded items where applicable. Any comment requiring new work is explained before it is added. The expected timeframe reflects an actual scope and the readiness of the site and documents.

Clear outputs at each stage of premises preparation
We organise the project scope into stages you can follow: an initial information and gaps list, the agreed plans and bills of quantities, the included works and tests, then a handover document index and the status of licensing applications. The quotation identifies who is responsible for each output and which entity is authorised to review or issue it. Completing an installation item or delivering a drawing does not automatically complete an authority’s procedures.
When does the file need a building-related procedure?
If the existing building differs from its permit or changes to its components are proposed, we coordinate a review with the authorised engineering office to identify the appropriate procedure. This may involve a building-component amendment, regularisation of an existing building, or building permit renewal where applicable. These procedures concern the building and differ from issuing or amending the commercial activity licence; a shop licence should not be assumed to resolve the building’s status automatically.
A quotation that separates professional fees, equipment and official charges
The quotation separates review, design, supervision or follow-up fees from equipment supply, installation, tests and supporting works. It identifies authority and platform charges and taxes where applicable, including what the customer pays directly and what is included in the price. If an additional specialist or structural remedy is needed, its scope and cost are identified before inclusion, allowing you to compare quotations for equivalent outputs.

Yes. We take care of the agreed package, from safety preparation to completing the file and following up licensing. We define our responsibilities and any actions needed from the owner or another contractor at the start.
Does this include a complete fit-out and interior design?
This package focuses on safety and licensing readiness. Any associated fit-out, electrical or civil works are expressly listed in the quotation and are not automatically included.
Do I need every service?
No. We review what is already available and add what the project actually needs. The systems may be ready, leaving only comments, a particular document or file follow-up to address.
Can you confirm a licence price and issue date before review?
We determine our work price and expected timeframe after reviewing the scope. Authority fees, procedures and final approval depend on the application, so we do not promise guaranteed issuance by a fixed date.
