If we cannot issue the agreed report or certificate after payment, we initiate a refund of the service payment on the same day. Bank processing time is separate.
Acceptance of a report or certificate and issuance of a licence remain subject to the relevant authority.

Understand the requested document before ordering a certificate
A customer may say safety certificate while meaning an installation certificate, technical report, Salamah licence or equipment invoice. These are different deliverables and should not be substituted because their names sound similar. Send the platform requirement or comment text so we can identify the service that actually addresses your file and whether the certificate is part of a wider process.
The certificate relates to what has been installed
We begin by reviewing the activity, premises, existing equipment or systems and relevant documents. If work has not yet been done, we identify the necessary supply, installation and testing scope before completing documentation procedures. If it is already installed, we review its information, condition and gaps; we do not assume every existing installation is suitable for documentation without review.

The displayed price covers the safety equipment installation certificate only, within the offer scope. We review the application and existing work before requesting payment. Any necessary equipment, installation, testing or corrective work is quoted separately and agreed in advance.

Information we may request after reviewing the requirement
Start by telling us what you need and attach the requirement screenshot if available. The information below is requested as needed after review; it is not required to start the conversation.
Send the activity, city, area, site condition and requirement text. State what has been installed, when and by whom, if known, and add available plans, invoices or handover documents. This information helps review existing works, but does not turn a purchase invoice into an installation certificate or automatically demonstrate complete licensing requirements.
Work sequence and handover
Request the certificate on WhatsApp and send the requirement, business details and information about the existing installation. We review the application and confirm the service scope and delivery time before requesting payment. Once documents are complete and payment is confirmed, we complete the document process applicable to your case. The delivery time applies to the certificate, not government licence issuance.
Certificate cost differs from preparing the premises
The offer price for the certificate is fixed and includes VAT. It covers the document only. Equipment purchases, installation, tests, visits and government fees are not automatically included. Any necessary additional work is quoted separately and agreed in advance.
Connect the certificate to your final objective
If your aim is opening the premises or renewing a licence, tell us the licensing status alongside the certificate request. We can combine it with a technical report, plans, safety system installation and municipal licence or Civil Defense permit follow-up according to your file. Final approval authority does not transfer to the service provider simply because work has been assigned.

Is an installation certificate a Civil Defense permit?
No. The certificate relates to specific works and documents, whereas a permit or Salamah licence follows a licensing process. We identify your need from the application.
Is an extinguisher purchase invoice enough instead of a certificate?
The required document depends on the application process. If an installation certificate is requested, we do not assume a purchase invoice replaces it; if a safety invoice is requested, we review that specific requirement.
Can I request a certificate if the equipment is already installed?
Review can begin with the available works and documents. We identify the verification and completion needed before committing to a deliverable or price.
Does Client First issue every certificate as an accreditation body?
We handle the agreed service, work and document procedures through the authorised entity according to the document and process. We do not present ourselves as a replacement for an accreditation or licensing authority.
