Issuing a new licence differs from renewing one, changing its information or resolving a stopped application. We review the procedure, registered activity and premises location, then identify relevant requirements. We do not ask every customer for an identical file: Balady explains that activity conditions and approvals vary with the activity, making a case-specific review necessary.
Keep licensing connected to premises readiness
Completing an application may require site work, a safety document or corrected information. We review the cause and handle the agreed items: preparing a plan, installing equipment and systems, completing a report or certificate, or following up the application. This tells you what is preventing a complete file and what must be done, rather than repeating submissions without addressing the cause.
What does the follow-up scope include?
The quotation explains the requested procedure, what we do and any action needed from the owner or representative. We use legally available authorisations and procedures, agreeing documents and associated works before starting, so obtaining a licence does not become an undefined, open-ended commitment.

Information that helps us start
Send the activity, city, area and premises condition, stating whether the request concerns issuance, renewal or amendment. For an existing application, send its status and comment text. We review available registration and location information, evidence of the right to use the premises, plans or previous licence, then identify what is actually needed. Do not send passwords or verification codes in a quotation request.
Before signing a lease or after taking over the premises
If you are still choosing premises, review activity suitability and preparation requirements before committing to fit-out. If you already have the site, we identify its current condition and the gap to the requirement. An existing installation or another tenant’s licence alone does not establish readiness for your activity, so we review your current circumstances and changes in use or area.
A clear quotation for services, fees and works
We separate follow-up cost from plans, reports, certificates, supply and installation when required, explaining government fees and excluded items. Work cost depends on file readiness, the extent of comments and site requirements. We do not fix an inclusive price before understanding the scope, or start extra work without explaining it and obtaining your approval.
Follow-up to the agreed deliverable
After agreement, we follow the sequence of procedures and works, explaining when the file needs information or action from another party. Submitting an application is not the same as issuing a licence, so updates distinguish preparation, submission, comments and approval. The decision is made by the relevant authority. You can combine licensing and safety in one preparation package if that is your goal from the start.

Do you prepare the premises as well as handle the municipal licence?
Yes. The package can include safety systems, plans, reports, certificates and licence follow-up. All items and responsibilities are defined in the quotation.
Are the municipal licence and Civil Defense permit one document?
They are connected to the activity’s procedures but are not the same document or name. We review the mechanism required by your application and any safety document or procedure needed.
Do you cover all regions of Saudi Arabia?

Can you resolve an application with a comment?
