Start with the need before the product name
Are you preparing new shop premises, replacing a device in an existing system, or addressing a licensing comment? Each calls for a different review. We need the activity, use, plans or existing system description before checking specifications, quantities and compatibility. We do not determine extinguisher quantities or detector types from area alone without understanding the site and applicable requirements.
Equipment that may be included in a supply request
We specify the product, specification, quantity and associated accessories or installation after review. Listing a category here does not mean every model is always available or needed by every business; the model and availability are confirmed in the quotation.
- Fire extinguishers, mounting accessories and information associated with the required type.
- Fire detectors, manual call points, notification devices and alarm system components.
- Emergency lighting, signs and wayfinding equipment according to the project scope.
- Hoses, accessories, firefighting network and pump components where required.
- Replacement or completion components after checking compatibility with the existing system.
Compatibility matters more than visual similarity
When replacing a detector or component in an existing system, send device, panel and model information and a clear photograph where needed. A similar appearance or category name does not establish that the component will work with the system. We review what is necessary before accepting an alternative and explain any inspection, installation, configuration or testing required rather than treating purchase as the end of the work.
Supply only, or supply and installation?
Identify whether you want to receive the equipment or have it installed on site. The quotation distinguishes the product, accessories, delivery, installation, tests and handover. Necessary wiring, electrical works or network alterations and their responsibilities are expressly identified. They can be combined with plans, reports, certification and licensing follow-up within the complete preparation service.
Invoices, certificates and product documents
We explain the supply documents, technical information and warranty agreed for each item. If your request concerns a safety-equipment invoice, installation certificate or report, send the exact requirement before purchasing so we can identify the correct process and deliverable. A commercial invoice is not automatically the document verified by the platform or a certificate that the work has been installed.
What makes quotations comparable?
You should know the brand or model, specification, quantity, accessories and installation and testing boundaries, including delivery and warranty where applicable. Price varies with these details, site condition and model availability, so we review the request before confirming cost and supply date. Any alternative is presented with its specifications, and an agreed item is not replaced without explanation.
Send your requirement list or site description
State the city and activity, add the available quantity list or plan, and identify whether you need supply or complete execution. If you do not know the products required, start with the site description, licence status and comment text. We establish the review scope and quote equipment in relation to your actual goal, whether preparing a shop or completing a warehouse, workshop or factory.

Can I order equipment without installation?
Yes. Supply alone can be quoted with specifications, quantities, delivery and included documents explained. State this in your request from the start.
Do you have one safety package price for every shop?
Equipment, specifications and quantities are determined by the site’s needs. A standard package could contain unsuitable equipment or leave important gaps.
Is an installation certificate automatically issued with equipment?
No. Supply, installation and certification are separate items. If you need a certificate, we review the requirement and works and explain its procedures and scope in the quotation.
Can the cheapest alternative to the same device be selected?
We first review the alternative’s specifications, compatibility and intended use. Comparing price alone is not enough to judge suitability or the testing and handover boundaries.
