Non-immediate technical report for Balady and Salamah
If Balady or Salamah specifies a non-immediate technical report, send the requirement, business activity, floor area and city. We review the scope and any work required, then confirm the report price and delivery time before payment, in coordination with an authorised provider.
Service scope and delivery
The price covers the report and includes VAT. Additional work is quoted separately.
We review the application before requesting payment, confirm the scope and delivery time, and tell you about any expected delay before confirming your order.
Government fees, equipment supply, installation and additional work, if needed, are quoted separately and agreed in advance. Delivery times cover the requested service, not a government licence or permit.
If we cannot issue the agreed report or certificate after payment, we initiate a refund of the service payment on the same day. Bank processing time is separate.
Acceptance of a report or certificate and issuance of a licence remain subject to the relevant authority.
Optional help choosing the right service
If you are unsure which report or certificate you need, the Client First engine can help you review your activity and premises area. You can start on WhatsApp without using the engine.
Client First Safety Engine
Select your business activity and premises area to find the relevant document. Send the result to Client First and start your request directly.
- Select your activity
- Enter the area
- Find the document
Start with the requirement you received
Send the exact platform text with the activity, area and procedure status. We do not treat non-immediate as a generic description for any delayed transaction, or assume a ready report from another case will suit your file. The aim is to identify the correct document and associated reviews and works before committing to a cost that does not resolve why the application stopped.
Technical review of the file and site as applicable
We review plans, existing systems and changes to the premises, identifying any need for a visit or further information. Where the application contains several comments, we distinguish site work from documents or application data. This directs execution towards clear causes rather than replacing equipment or preparing a new plan without understanding the actual need.
A scope that can combine the report and corrective work
We present the necessary works and explain responsibility for each item before execution. You can request a report within a defined scope or assign us a package that addresses related deficiencies. Additional work does not start automatically merely because a comment has appeared.
- Review the application status, report type and available comment texts.
- Review previous plans, reports and certificates and whether they represent the current site.
- Identify the visits, inspection and corrective works needed for the case.
- Prepare or update plans and carry out safety works included in the quotation.
- Complete the report procedures through the authorised entity, deliver the outcome and explain the next step.
Information we may request after reviewing the requirement
Start by telling us what you need and attach the requirement screenshot if available. The information below is requested as needed after review; it is not required to start the conversation.
Send the city, activity, area, licence or renewal status and comment text. Add available plans and documents, a description of the systems, and details of extensions or changes in use or partitions. If some information is unavailable, we establish how to complete it during review; you do not need to assemble a completely new file before contacting us.
A clear plan before returning to licensing procedures
After review, we arrange work by dependency: site information, necessary plans, corrective execution, documentation, then report completion. We follow up comments within our scope, explaining what has been closed and what remains open. If requirements change during the procedure, we review the effect on scope and price before approving any addition.
What do you receive, and where does the service end?
You receive the required report within the scope confirmed before payment. Usual delivery is up to 30 minutes after all required documents are complete and payment is confirmed. We tell you about any expected delay during busy periods before confirming your order. Report delivery does not mean a Balady licence or Salamah permit has been issued; the relevant authority decides document acceptance and licence issuance.
The price follows the amount of work required
The non-immediate report starts at the displayed VAT-inclusive price. We confirm its final price after reviewing the application and before payment. Any necessary visit, plan, equipment supply, installation or additional corrective work is quoted separately and agreed in advance. We confirm the document delivery time before payment.
Questions to help you get started
Is a non-immediate report just an immediate report issued late?
We do not use that interpretation. The process and requirements are established from the application; review procedures, works and documents may differ.
Must all safety systems be installed again?
No. We review existing systems and comments and identify only the necessary remedy. Retaining or modifying usable work is decided according to the site condition and requirements.
Can you address comments and then follow up licensing?
Yes. Execution, the report and follow-up can be combined in one clear scope, defining deliverables and the responsibilities of the customer and other parties.
Can I start if I do not have the previous plan?
Yes. Send available information and we will identify what is needed to complete the site data, including whether a new plan or site survey is needed within the service quotation.
