Keep the full comment and its context
Provide the comment, service name, application status, date and linked document if known. “Report rejected” may omit important details. Conceal credentials and unnecessary data, and identify any earlier response or resubmitted file. This gives the specialist a reliable sequence rather than an incomplete assumption about what happened.
Identify the kind of resolution needed
For review, separate possible data mismatches, documents needing clarification and site work needing verification. This is an organisational aid, not an official interpretation. Ask specific questions: what is missing, which revision was used and whether installed conditions changed. The specialist then determines the appropriate response instead of immediately replacing every file.
Compare the report, drawing and premises
Collect the earlier report, its supporting drawing and current photographs or execution notes. Disclose changes made after preparation; do not edit the report yourself to match photographs. If site review is included, the specialist defines verification and records. The aim is a file consistent with reality, not concealing differences or merely changing dates.
Agree rectification scope before work
Define each task, its output and owner, including required information from the landlord or coordination with an earlier contractor. Installation, tests or drawing review should be distinguished from report and follow-up charges. A quotation labelled “resolve the comment” is insufficient unless it explains the work and evidence you will receive.
Document the response before resubmission
Link each comment to a document or rectification result and use the revision reviewed by the specialist. Record submission date and available reference, retaining the submitted copy. Add later comments to the same history instead of mixing files. The official Salamah process includes reviewer approval; sending a response is follow-up, not proof that a permit or approval has been issued.
Request a complete case review in Najran
Send Client First the comment, premises description and available files to define report review and completion work. If plans, safety-equipment installation, a certificate or licensing follow-up are needed, we coordinate them within a quotation with clear services and responsibilities. Immediate or non-immediate report labels describe the case’s route, not a fixed timeframe for resolving comments.
Questions to help you get started
Should I order a new report as soon as a comment appears?
Review the reason first. The case may need data correction, clarification or site rectification; the specialist determines whether the report needs updating or another action.
Can acceptance of the first response be guaranteed?
We do not guarantee the authority’s decision. We define rectification, document completed work and coordinate follow-up; review and approval remain with the authority.
Can you review a file prepared by another provider?
You can request review, identifying the source and known changes. We do not confirm previous work without verification; review scope is defined before quoting.
