Service scope
The establishment's services include municipal licences, Civil Defense permits, technical reports, certificates, safety plans, and safety tools and equipment. The scope and work included in each request are defined in the customer's quotation and agreement, taking account of the relevant authorities' responsibilities and the requirements of each activity.
Request review and agreement to proceed
Submitting the request form starts a review of your needs. We explain the document type, requirements, scope, cost and expected timeframe before execution. We do not begin work that incurs a charge without your approval.
The establishment's obligations
We undertake the agreed technical and procedural service with the expected professionalism, follow the request and keep you informed. We do not guarantee a decision or approval that rests with another authority, and do not commit to a fixed timeframe before understanding the case and receiving complete documents. Any estimate before then is preliminary.
The customer's obligations
You must provide accurate, complete and current information and documents, notify us of any change affecting the request, and use the website lawfully. Late, incomplete or inaccurate documents affect the timeframe and do not constitute a breach by the establishment.
Prices and payment
Published offer prices apply to the stated document scope and conditions during the offer period and include VAT. The non-immediate report starts at the published price; we confirm its final price after reviewing the application and before payment. Other services and any additional work require a separate quotation agreed in advance. We request payment only after reviewing the application. The request form does not collect card or bank account details.
Application review and service refund
We review the application before requesting payment. If we are unable to issue the document after payment, we refund the amount paid for that service.
Immediate technical report: Usual delivery time: up to 15 minutes after all required documents are complete and payment is confirmed. Non-immediate technical report: Usual delivery time: up to 30 minutes after all required documents are complete and payment is confirmed. Safety equipment installation certificate: Usual delivery time: up to 10 minutes after all required documents are complete and payment is confirmed.
We review the application before requesting payment, confirm the delivery time, and tell you about any expected delay during busy periods before confirming your order.
The price covers the document only. Government fees, equipment supply, installation and any additional work require a separate quotation agreed in advance. Delivery times apply to the report or certificate, not to the issuance of a government licence or permit.
Limits of liability
The establishment's liability is limited to the agreed service and its value. It is not liable for indirect losses, or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer or from decisions by other authorities.
Intellectual property
The website's text, design and visual elements belong to ClientFirst Establishment and may not be copied or republished without written permission.

Governing law and updates to the terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Saudi judicial authorities have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. The terms may be updated, and the published page shows the update date. Continued use of the website after an update means acceptance of the updated version.
